This is not my first David Busch publication, he has in my mind been able to capture the essence of taking a rank beginner and creating a near professional with his step by step approach in this book, just as he has in others. I purchased this book at the time I purchased my Canon 5D Mark II and I've never yet regretted the purchase. I come back to the book on occasion to look for tips or to bone up in certain areas of the abilities of the camera and I'm never disappointed. David's work flows so well and his explanations are very concise but user friendly. For the 5D Mark II I have found this publication to be a great field manual for all levels of photography. With David's help here I've been able to capture some excellent photos with my camera and developed a familiarity with it that I never expected. Definite recommendation.
